Family-owned and crafted from premium Australian meat with a distinctive spice blend, made famous at our Queen Victoria Market flagship. What started as a modest stall at Queen Victoria Market in 1976 has grown into one of Melbourne’s most beloved food institutions.
For five decades, generations of our family have been perfecting our signature bratwurst using premium Australian meat and our closely guarded spice blend. We’re still family-owned and still as obsessed with quality as the day we first fired up the grill at stall 99.
